How do I set up emails on Microsoft Outlook?

The instructions below refer to Outlook 2003.

Open Outlook and click Tools, Email Accounts. Tick the box next to Add a new e-mail account and click Next.

Choose POP3 and click Next.

Put in your name, or your company's name in English.
The incoming mail server will be in the format pop.iwweb#.co.uk and will be supplied to you.
Your outgoing mail server will depend on your ISP.  See this page.
The email address, user name and password will all be supplied to you.  These must be entered exactly as given.

Either click Test Account Settings or Next to finish.
